Group & Specialist Programs
Some children take longer than others to learn social skills. Common skills that some children struggle with include:

conversation skills – for example, choosing what to talk about or what body language to use

play skills – for example, taking turns in a game or sharing a toy
-
emotional skills – for example, managing emotions and understanding how others feel
-
problem-solving skills – for example, dealing with conflict or making decisions in a social situation.
Social skills can help your child make friends, learn from others and develop hobbies and interests. These skills can also help with family relationships and give your child a sense of belonging.
Our Social Skills Groups are facilitated by trained practitioners and aim to help children of all ages to develop and improve their social and emotional skills .
Depending on the age of participants in the groups, each group will usually include:

Social Skills Group
CURIOUS MINDS CLUB
Suitable for 3 to 5 years old
In this hands-on group, young explorers will embark on fun experiments like creating volcano eruptions, rescuing frozen toys, and mixing vibrant colors with paints! Through sensory play with rainbow rice and playdough, problem-solving challenges, and fine motor activities, participants will build their creativity, communication, and motor skills—all while having tons of fun!

Each day, young explorers will “travel” to a new country, diving into exciting games, hands-on crafts, and delicious international snacks. LITTLE LEARNERS CLUB
Suitable for 4 - 6 years old
Is your child starting school soon? Set them up for success with Little Learners Club! This 10-week school readiness group is run by a Speech Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist to help children develop the essential skills for a smooth transition to school.

Activities of Daily Living Intensive Program
SELF-CARE & TOILETING
Suitable from at least 2 years old.
Develop toilet training skills:

Physical skills (eg. muscle control, ability to sit etc)

Sensory processing (eg. body awareness, coping with sensory environment of toilet etc)

Concept understanding (eg. awareness of tasks involved for toileting)

*Initial home visit(s) required for Occupational Therapist to familiarise with home toileting environment.
Time and Date:
Intensive sessions booked 2 to 4 times a week, depending on availability, in program blocks. Duration of program is individualised.
Fees: $193.99 per session (50 minutes therapy, 10 minutes documentation time). *Travel fees determined based on time and distance travelled and is in addition to session fees.
