Your Mission

As a Speech Pathologist at Therapy Lab, you'll:

  • Empower clients with speech and language support, using your professional judgment and expertise.

  • Assess communication/ mealtime management abilities 

  • Craft holistic, outcome-driven intervention plans that truly make a difference.

  • Support and guide clients, families, and caregivers in implementing these plans.

  • Develop comprehensive care plans and reports based on clinical assessments.

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of health professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

 

 

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Practicing Membership in Speech Pathology Australia.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Superb time management abilities.

  • A deep understanding of evidence-based assessment and treatment principles.

  • A passion for teamwork and collaboration.

  • A willingness to work with children (prior experience is a bonus, but not a must).

  • A valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check.

  • Eligibility for a Medicare Provider number.

  • The right to live and work in Australia.

 

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Valid Victorian driver’s license and own vehicle
