Therapy Lab is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist on a permanent part-time/ full-time basis to join our team.

 

Therapy Lab provides industry-leading multidisciplinary Allied Health services to people of all ages and backgrounds, with special interest in working with children, that are evidence-based and tailored to our clients’ needs. Our therapists have the opportunity to work across our different sites in the Eastern Suburbs, as well as to provide mobile therapy services.

 

Role and Responsibility

• Provide high quality processes and compliance

• Provide appropriate and effective Occupational Therapy programs to clients

• Sensory assessment and therapy using evidence-based practice

• Facilitating reviews, compiling reports and service reviews as required for the NDIS

• Manage regular client and staff contact

• Growing a team of OTs (for Senior/ Team Leader role)

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check

• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication

• Effective time management and organisational skills to manage own caseload

 

Desirable

• Current Victorian Driver’s license with own vehicle
